Local pickup is available from Thursday to Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please collect your order at the following address:

Australian Shipping

1. Standard Shipping

   • Delivery Time: Estimated arrival within 4-8 business days.
   • Shipping Days: Orders are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
   • Cost: $14.50 (Postage prices are subject to change.)
   • Order Processing: Standard orders placed before 12:00 PM on shipping days will be posted by 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following shipping day.

2. Express Shipping

   • Delivery Time: Orders will be shipped within 3 working days  of being placed, except on Fridays when orders will be processed the following Monday due to weekend postal office closures.
   • Cost: $22.50
   • Order Processing: Express orders placed before 12:00 PM on shipping days will be posted by 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following shipping day.

Important Note: We are not responsible for any damages caused during the shipment process. We ensure items are as secure as possible when they leave us. Any damages must be taken up with Australia Post directly.

International Shipping

• Rates: International shipping rates start as per carriers’ rates. Please check local international shipping rates for your area.
• Customs: Items may be opened upon arrival due to border control, which may vary by location.
