Avocado Toast with Bush Blend

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of sourdough bread (or your preferred bread), toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 pinch of bush blend salt
  • A handful of alfalfa sprouts for topping

Instructions:

  1. Begin by toasting your sourdough or preferred bread until golden and crisp.
  2. While the bread toasts cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh. Use a fork to mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of bush blend salt over the avocado for added flavour.
  5. Top with the diced tomato and a generous handful of fresh alfalfa sprouts.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy a native-inspired twist on classic avocado toast!
